I agree
100% why coaches should teach using outside leverage as much as possible. I know this is zone with a tight split, but in general there is WAY too much inside man being taught. DBs need to have vision on the ball so they can learn to attack and become the offensive player. Back to the QB puts you in too reactive a position. VERY few CBs can make plays consistently with their back to the ball. The GREATS are all masters at READING THE QB.

The amount of ppl that don’t understand what a catch is in the rule book flabbergasts me. And it’s not the officials. The two plays yesterday were not difficult calls, and they got them both right.

I see so many people out there who are confusing or misconstruing the "down by contact" rule.
"Down by contact" is only a thing once you've established possession and therefore are a runner of the ball not a catcher of the ball.
Brandin Cooks can't be down by contact because he has not established that he's even caught the ball yet.
The play isn't over because he hits the ground. possession is yet to be determined because he has to maintain it through hitting the ground and maintain it after hitting the ground.
And he doesn't.
Therefore, possession is yet to be determined, and it's actually the defender who completes the process of the catch.

Kirby Smart: “Some coaches get the most out of their team & don’t win the national championship & that’s a helluva year.
We used to be able to credit a lot of people for a helluva year.
Unfortunately, it’s gotten to win it all or nothing.
I don’t evaluate our success that way.”
Jaylen started that i bet 🤣🤣
🚨🚨THIS IS CRAZY🚨🚨
#Chiefs cornerback Nazeeh Johnson revealed that the team’s defensive back room BOXES AND FIGHT for a couple minutes whenever they have a disagreement.
😳😳😳
This is a unique way to settle your differences.

This man just pitched 10 strikeouts and hit 3 homers in the same game WTF. This is arguably the greatest athlete we’ve seen this century
