Why the fuck is the sitting president of France attempting to sue and destroy the livelihood of a US-based podcaster and mother of 4+ young children?
What an insane case. Insecure much?
I am in the absolute best mood over this Macron dismissal. Feels like a year and a half of my family having to deal with psychotic lies regarding pending bankruptcies, secret accounts and plans to flee the country, has finally come to end.
For those of you wondering what happens now with the case, here is a synopsis:
You will note the Macrons additionally named two other business entities in their lawsuit: Candace Owens LLC and GeorgeTom Inc. They admitted in our hearing that they were unsure if one or both of these entities housed the podcast and that they would need limited discovery to determine how those businesses run and who runs them.
As it turns out, one of the above mentioned entities has absolutely nothing to do with the podcast in any way, shape, or form, so it will be a legal exercise in futility for the couple.
In effect, that leaves just one entity.
In addition to my personal dismissal, the court also decided in favor of our argument that France’s defamation law should apply.
Let me explain to you why that decision deeply impacts matters and was a major point of legal contention; France’s defamation law has a statute of limitation of just 3 months. This means defamation claims time out very quickly.
We argued the Macron couple was intentionally forum shopping because being held to France’s 3 months would have naturally expired their claims. We included a briefing from a French legal expert explaining French defamation law.
The Macrons did not submit a briefing to counter our arguments, but during oral arguments they suggested that France has a unique statutory law that could, in theory, extend claims up to one year IF the defamation claim pertains to an individual’s sexual orientation or gender.
Before ruling on the dismissal pertaining to the remaining entities, the judge is allowing for the Macron couple to submit a supplemental brief, arguing why they believe this case could meet that threshold
In his response (see below), the Judge has duly noted our legal expert’s notation that in parallel cases filed by the Presidential couple against other journalists in France, the couple sued under France’s 3 month defamation rule—not the one year statutory.
I believe it is worth again noting that the couple is NOT and has never sued anyone for matters pertaining to sex, sexual orientation, or gender (despite intentional media misrepresentations), but rather for defamation related to claims regarding MK Ultra and theft.
You are free to read their initial filing against me yourself.
So what happens now is the remaining entities and the Macrons submit additional briefings regarding French law and statutes. The judge will then rule on the lingering dismissals.

The media doxxes his location - when he’s with his children! This man gets death threats so severe, the police regularly come to his house to warn him.
So, Tommy makes it clear he could just as easily do the same to them.

🚨 BREAKING: UK patriot Tommy Robinson has just been found GUILTY on two counts of "harassment" over social media posts calling out reporters — facing up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced on December 16
British MP Rupert Lowe FIRED BACK: "It is my view that the system has, again, treated him unfairly. We live in dark times." 💯
Robinson posted responses after reporters published photos and details of the Cyprus hotel where he was staying with his family, which Robinson testified endangered his children!

Why are British elites all laying the narrative groundwork for an unnecessary war that no one in the country wants?
They've spent the last decade demoralizing the only people who would fight it anyway, sorry but the Patels and the Hussain aren't dying for the UK
There are hundreds of clips like this by now of UK police behaving in obviously corrupt, disgraceful and disproportionate ways. This is tyranny based on supposed "compassion" - the very worst kind.
Britain is in a death-spiral.
UK: Somalian migrant Dahir Ibrahim has raped so many women at knifepoint in the UK it is almost unbelievable. These women's lives will be changed forever but he has successfully won several court cases now because of human rights laws.
He has successfully appealed a prison term after multiple rapes and was given a community order. Within weeks he had raped more women at knifepoint.
After being finally sentenced to 10 years he blocked the Home Office's ability to deport him (Kier Starmer might have been his defence).
He has now successfully sued the NHS trust since despite being addicted to Codeine has has argued that he was made to take it during Ramadan which goes against his human rights. And he has won.
You tell me how fkd up the UK is right now.

I’m sorry us mothers are boring you with our “futile” questions about how you wish our sons to die protecting a corrupt child trafficking coke-dwarf in Ukraine.
My son is 17, Robert. I didn’t spend 17 years of my life being completely in love with a human being I created, raising him, protecting him and worrying about him, to welcome home a box of body parts because politicians and defence think-tanks decided he should go and kill other young men - or be killed by them - in a war he had no part in starting.
And don’t reduce that to a “career preference”.
I asked you perfectly legitimate questions. What did Iraq achieve? What did Afghanistan achieve? How many servicemen came home traumatised, injured, homeless or suicidal? How many families were destroyed? How many people were displaced by those wars and then ended up seeking asylum elsewhere, including here?
If one of the consequences of our previous interventions has been death, instability, displacement and decades of fallout, why the hell should we rush into another one?
You work for an institute whose leadership includes Jacob Rees-Mogg. If you and the people around you want another generation of British boys to fight, then explain why.
Why should my son die for it?
That is not a “futile” question.

Why TF should my son be sent off to kill Russians or Iranians who have done absolutely nothing to him?
For years we’ve been told Britain must take in hundreds of thousands of people because we went into their countries, bombed them, destroyed their homes and destabilised their societies.
And now the answer is apparently to send another generation of British sons abroad to bomb another lot of countries, create another generation of displaced and understandably furious men - while leaving our own women and children here to deal with the consequences.
At what point are young British men allowed to say: no. You’ve done enough?
Honest people understand that she's right here. Others won't or can't accept the insane reality we live in.
Former UK PM Lizz Truss says unelected central bankers wield more power than democratically elected world leaders.
She attributes the pound's "massive inflation" and devaluation to money printing by the Bank of England, which she describes as "completely unaccountable".
"The Bank of England governor can't be sacked, as I found out, but the prime minister can be."
"Why do you think young people can't get on the housing ladder? Again, it's because of the actions of this organisation, and yet nobody will hold them to account."
Britain is at least as dystopian as Soviet Russia.
"What are the cost of lies? Every lie you tell incurs a debt to the truth."
I've just been ejected from Court Number 2 where Tommy @TRobinsonNewEra is expecting his verdict.
I sat in the press section & they asked me to move on. I suggested only state approved journalists are allowed? A little shit from MSM said yes.
I said, "Like the Soviet Union & NAZI Germany?"

A treasonous decision.
Every penny of that should be directed towards a programme of mass deportations.

The reason Reform are going down is because Nigel Mirage has been found out by his own voter base who realise his party will not deliver what they want.

I believe that all NHS staff should speak fluent English - if they are unable to string a sentence together in our language, then they have no place working in our hospitals. To be frank, they shouldn't even be living in our country.

Mainstream democrats and socialists have absolutely lost their fucking minds.
One of the victims of the Zizian trans death cult was their elderly landlord.
They bashed him on the head and then attacked him with knives and a sword. With barely any strength left, he managed to shoot them, killing one.
That deceased Zizian was honored in a U.S. Senate resolution about the "epidemic of violence toward transgender people." It was introduced by Democratic U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono and other Democrats. xitter.gq/BrandonStraka/status/2…
