@klm just got off the most terrifying and dangerous flight in memory. 11 hours from AMS to LAX. Zero mask enforcement from the entire crew. I never complain about treatment on planes because I know it’s a hard job. But this was totally reckless. How is this possible? #klm #covid

I fly internationally at least once a month and I’ve never seen this before. Besides the boarding announcements, there were zero reminders over the intercom during the 11 hour flight. Folks literally maskless. Totally different experience than any flight in recent memory. DL8182
