Frank never did what he does for the praise. The opposite in fact, he doesn’t want people to follow him. But sometimes, people have seen the system and watched it fail repeatedly. Spider-Man, Daredevil, Captain America; the most morally good men he knows, live in hope.

Frank lives in the real world though, where real killers walk on technicalities and hurt more innocent people. He doesn’t need them to become him; he just needs them to not get in the way of his mission.
