Bullied Neumann yesterday. He’s exactly the type of centre-forward you need in this division, both as cover and for bastard games like yesterday’s. A swap deal involving Vazquez in January should get it over the line. #bcfc

I'd be starting Roberts tonight without a doubt. With PNE likely to set up with a back five, you need someone who can unlock them, and there's no better player for that. He was ridiculous when he came on Saturday, and Vicente looked knackered when he came off anyway. #bcfc

What a win. We showed some real bollocks at times today, a proper Blues performance. We could have been clear by half-time with the chances we had. It'll all come together at some point, though, and we'll give someone a real hiding. Onto Boro at home. #bcfc

Decent source I think. 4 points from these 2 games tho and I think we still see him in the dugout at Albion. #bcfc

We may not want to admit it because of the way he left, but losing Kai Wagner has weakened us massively. He was the best LB in the division, and replacing his quality and delivery was near impossible. Lund doesn't look up to it, and while Cochrane has done fine, he's no KW. #bcfc

Could've won it, but I'd have taken a point before kick-off. Gray's cameo was awful, didn't track back and looked uninterested. Thought Vázquez did alright too tbh. Can't pass wind, but he causes chaos. A point at Norwich on Wednesday will do nicely too. #bcfc

The team picks itself for Sunday. CD will somehow find a way to drop Roberts, tho. No excuse not to start Millar either, imo. #bcfc

I'll say this again: Patrick Roberts is our best winger. If Sevilla want Vicente, they can pay up £15-20 million and have him. For me, he just doesn't suit English football, much like Ducksch. #bcfc
C.pils7@CallumPilsAug 16
We brought Vicente in for £7m and, yes, he runs his arse off out of possession and is tactically perfect for Davies. But I’m sorry, he isn’t as effective as Paddy going forward. Now he'll be off to Blackburn as CD has pissed him off. A real shame man. #bcfc

We are delighted to confirm the signing of Liam Millar on a season-long loan from Hull City. ✍️ The 26-year-old winger arrives at St. Andrew's @ Knighthead Park with significant experience at both club and international level and will add further depth to Chris Davies' attacking options. shorturl.at/qDzdm
