Diversity in the city’s workforce is a must. Proud to support @SDFD’s Girls Empowerment Camp. Programs like this one is how we’ll make certain our department looks like the community it serves. Follow @FireCadetsSDFD & @Joinsdfd.

Very proud of our team who presented at #firehouseworld about the SDFD’s efforts to recruit women. Diversity is an organizational value and our Girls Empowerment Camp is just one of our efforts toward inclusivity. #diversity @CampSdfd
