Did you know that between 1/5 to 1/4 of carers are Disabled? Today’s Government announcement that carers will be able to work flexibly, and still retain Carers Allowance, means more Disabled carers can pursue a career alongside their responsibilities.

We have launched an online form, through which people can send us any media coverage which concerns them, and any adverts which appeared alongside it. 2. Expose. We will bring together the evidence gathered, building up a pattern of evidence that cannot be dismissed. 3. Change. We will use our evidence base to put pressure on advertisers to stop funding media outlets who spread disablism. If advertisers don’t fund them, media organisations have another reason to change. Let’s show the media that disablism doesn’t pay.
