Trinity Freshman Basketball. Congrats to Coach Robertson and the Freshman Rocks. The team went 4-0 in the Butler Holiday Tourney, defeating the host school 45-37 in todays championship game. The Rocks have a record of 13-0 so far this season. ☘️🏀🏆

Why is there a need for a yearly prior-authorization for medication? From the same insurance company. Nothing has changed. It wastes so much extra time and energy from doctors and patients. Anyone have a real answer?

A package was delivered to my address erroneously on Saturday by @FedEx. I’ve made numerous phone calls, Tweets and DMs. It still sits on my front porch. If you have a package missing, THIS is the reason. Anyone have a further idea as to how to contact someone at FedEx to help?

Social media is weird, y'all. I posted a video of some people spreading out plastic sheeting. It's a hit with the Insta algorithm. The day before, same account, a gorgeous beauty shot of a kitchen — total flop. 🤷🏻‍♀️
