आज ड्यूटी पर तैनात एक युवा एवं उत्कृष्ट Retail Sales Officer की हत्या की खबर बेहद पीड़ादायक है। उनके पीछे 6 वर्ष और 2 वर्ष की उम्र के दो मासूम बच्चे तथा एक पूरा परिवार है, जिनकी पूरी दुनिया इस दुखद घटना से बिखर गई है।
यह घटना केवल शोक व्यक्त करने तक सीमित नहीं रहनी चाहिए। दोषियों के विरुद्ध त्वरित एवं कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई, पीड़ित परिवार को हर संभव सहायता एवं उचित संरक्षण, तथा कार्यप्रणाली और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में ठोस एवं प्रभावी सुधार आवश्यक है, ताकि भविष्य में किसी अन्य अधिकारी को अपनी ड्यूटी के दौरान अपनी जान न गंवानी पड़े।

@ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not
