What day of the week is best for a post-work, bit-drinky digital peeps meetup?

We're looking for ideas for venues for our first meetup. Hit us with your suggestions!

Just got told our logo is shit. Someone draw us a better one pls

For news of upcoming meetups: 1) follow this account, 2) join meetup.com/Cardiff-Now-a-pan… and 3) 👀 👀 👀. First one in April someplace fun (but not grim) in town. Suggestions on a reply! thanks!

We want you to come if you work or live in digital in Cardiff. If you make content, or films, or websites or apps. If you write, design, code, analyse, market. There might be 5 of us at the first one. There might be 20. It'll be introvert friendly tho - we're just like you.

A social where you can make friends in Cardiff in related fields, find collaborators, put a face to a name of your favourite blog, buy that person you've followed on Twitter for 3 years a beer finally - all that jazz

Most of the meetups revolve around regular events, talks/speakers and networking time. So rather than add to that, we're going to be a low-effort, no-speaker meet up. A social, of sorts.

We have the amazing @DesignStuffCDF. @cdfblogs, @DevOpsCardiff, @UXWales, @UnifiedDiff, @IgniteCardiff (the opposite of niche!), @CardiffStart, @Tech_Dragons, @Cardiff_WP, @CardiffSEOMeet, @SWAgileGroup, @CreativeCardiff ok we're out of breath - many more

Cardiff has brilliant digital meetups, orgs and groups, many of which are single-discipline. You meet and share with people from your field, which is ace. But a bunch of us think we're all going to leap forward if we de-bubble a bit
