Or maybe Im not even thinking about this enough? Panini doesn't have rights to Inter Miami due to MLS' exclusivity with Topps right? But they can still make the card as Inter Miami (with Messi) was in the Club World Cup, and Panini has licensing for that? But no Miami logo...

Important question: Panini has rights to FIFA licensing for trading cards until 2031. Does this mean they have ability to make trading cards on retired players too during this span, such as Messi, or is their license only for internationally active players?
