Dear @Apple, I really wish “Delete and Report Spam” meant they wouldn’t text me again
Excellent move.
Today we unpublished hundreds of apps from the App Store. They came from a small group of high-volume submitters and had no merchant installs.
The App Store exists to solve real problems for merchants. Mass submissions distract from the partners who are doing that work.
We’ll soon be announcing new restrictions that limit the number of apps that can be submitted at once and we’ll keep raising the bar.

The original requirement for joining @ecomfuelco in 2013 was a whooping $25K in revenue and vendors could join.
A lot has changed since then!
Today the requirement for joining is 7-figures in DTC (not AMZ) revenue. No pitching from vendors or pay-to-play. And owners only.
I quickly realized the value of a room where everyone had skin in the game and could speak freely about their tools.
Applications were down a touch this year and membership shrank by ~5%.
I'm OK with that. I'd rather keep a smaller, high-quality room vs. water down the criteria.
And I'm really proud of the community we've built. 1,000+ owners strong. 43% of members at $5M+, ~30% at 8-figures.
It's not just the revenue. Our members are amazing. We filter for generous people and it shows in the forums and in-person events.
If this sounds like your crew, come join us inside @ecomfuelco. Details in bio link.
So, @dbrand is doing a lot of things right, and one of them is having the best copywriters in the biz.

No vibe coding project has given me more joy than replacing my Saas applicant tracking system. Absolute magic.
Doing this again for Easter dinner.
I cooked a 25 pound ham sous vide for a big dinner last night.
Turned out amazing. Super moist and flavorful. Never need to cook ham another way.
For the event 4 other hams were cooked by others in an oven, or on a smoker — none compared.
Here's how:
First the ham: a city ham in vacuum sealed bag.
1. Leave ham in sealed bag it came in.
2. Hook emersion circulator to the side of a cooler, place ham and fill with hot water. Cover with cellophane to prevent evaporation. I also put a towel over the top to help insulate/hold the heat in.
3. Set to 140 deg and cook for 20-ish hours.
4. Remove, score, and slather with brown sugar + honey + mustard + cloves glaze.
5. Blast in a convection oven at 400 degrees for 30m, rotating and basting with glaze a couple times.
6. Carve and enjoy.
(I was a little worried the circulator wouldn't be able to keep that volume of water to temp, but it did just fine.)
I'm insanely jealous.
When we turn the clocks ahead on March 8, it will be the last time change ever for BC. We're changing to a permanent daylight saving time, simply called Pacific Time (PT).

Human capacity has long been a primary constraint of productivity for the white collar world. It is jarring, exciting, terrifying, and exhilarating to enter a world where that constraint is vanishing.
