2026 coaching carousel will be nuts. But let’s remember 2021 (or 2022)… Brian Kelly, Lincoln Riley and Billy Napier were high profile hires at Top 15 jobs. All three had a top 5 NFL Draft Selection at QB. It is a MIRACLE they combined for Zero CFP Appearances.

South Carolina was at home coming off a BYE. Tennessee was playing its 8th game in 8 weeks. This was the worst rest advantage possible in college football, especially with the Vols coming off a rivalry field storm win vs Alabama.
