Clearly, police are either unwilling or unable to end enforced disappearances in the country.
Kenyans have been left on their own. Even when there is clear evidence, including cctv footage, police do not apprehend abductors.
Police think coming to court and saying they don’t have a missing person is enough. As if it’s not their job to find missing persons.
