Something special this evening after a long few days preparing for something important! Can’t give any details but it was bonded in Nov 1991 and it came from East Cork! Looking forward to this one, it’s the last drop I have of it. #whiskey #irishwhiskey #specialwhiskey #whisky

I got a present of this today from a friend and I am blown away by what a phenomenal creation this is for a young whiskey. It’s powerful at 59.3% but it’s bursting with flavour and aroma. If you see this on a shelf, don’t buy it! Leave it for me, I want more

One of the plague daemons, which my wife insists we call children, has dragged in some fresh disease into the house. The best way to fix it is clearly whiskey! Slainté #hotwhiskey #hottoddy #whiskey #whisky #irishwhiskey #irishwhisky #sick #cold
