Feb. 14, 2022 marked four years since the Canadian Liberal government invoked the equivalent of martial law, the Emergencies Act, that would lead to the most egregious acts of tyranny committed against peaceful Canadian citizens. Those citizens simply asked for a conversation and went ignored. Instead, they were mocked, vilified, and falsely accused of horrible criminal actively by politicians and media who knew they were blatantly lying to the Canadian public.
4 weeks have passed since the Federal Court of Appeals sided with Justice Mosley’s ruling that the invocation was unlawful & unconstitutional and there has been radio silence from the government and the msm.

Dear Mr. Juss,
I am writing to express my utter disgust at the government's decision to proscribe Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation — and to ask, plainly: do you support this?
Because if you do, you are on the wrong side of history. And if you don’t, then I expect to see your name publicly and loudly opposing it — now, not when it’s politically convenient.
Let’s be clear: this group didn’t kill anyone. They didn’t drop bombs on hospitals. They didn’t starve children. They didn’t murder aid workers. What they did do was spray paint on weapons factories — the same factories arming a state that has killed tens of thousands of civilians, including over 15,000 children in Gaza.
And your government has the audacity to label the people resisting that genocide as terrorists?
Israel violates international law daily. It openly talks in genocidal terms — invoking Amalek, flattening entire neighbourhoods, assassinating journalists and aid workers, and cutting off food to a trapped population. The International Court of Justice has warned of plausible genocide. The ICC has issued arrest warrants. But your government continues to shield Israel from consequences, supply it with arms, and now criminalises dissent against it.
You’ve just criminalised a conscience.
This isn’t about paint on a plane. It’s about protecting Elbit Systems and silencing the people who made the British public realise that we’re complicit. It’s about criminalising the moral act of refusing to be an accessory to murder.
