4 years. Gone.
...But what came next is much better than you just imagined 👇
Ran cancelled the lease. We had 30 days to find and build the COOLEST office in the world!
No furniture. No studios. No real plan. And we're a broadcast business. We can't just stop streaming.
Packing up was emotional. 4 years of memories, late nights, breakthroughs, and honestly... some trauma too. Watching it get boxed up felt like the end of an era.
Then Ran saw the new space, ceilings, wood, potential, and took it immediately.
First viewing.
"This is our office." - Ran Neuner
That was the easy part.
Christmas period.
Suppliers closing.
Builders late.
The move happened in 6 days. Some of the team flew to Singapore while everyone else moved into a space that wasn't finished.
Message comes through: "Chairs are here, but they're in boxes."
The answer: "Everyone builds their own."
Day 1?
No plugs. No soundproofing. Sound echoed like a cathedral. Two shades of blue on the wall, which Ran caught immediately. Windows blocked by cabinets. Studios nowhere near ready.
Aimee (Our Chief of Staff) project-managed the whole build. Over Christmas. While doing her actual job. Against the tide.
Some things we didn't expect to work... worked.
Today?
The office "looks like Banter."
People say it the moment they walk in.
Legendary Barista! Gym next door. Real sets. Staff lining up for coffee...
EVERY inch has a purpose.
It's a place of Collaboration, Growth & FUN!
It's not just an office.
It's our new home.
