It’s that time of year again! Current 6-11th graders boys and girls are welcome.
We will have summer workouts for anyone interested.

That’s a wrap on our 25’ season… Our final Runner of the Week is Lukas Monroe. Lukas was 9 seconds off a PR on a very tough course in tough conditions. This 7th grader has a bright future.

Congratulations to our Runners of the week-7th graders Lukas and Grace! Both PR’d by just over a minute at today’s meet.
Shoutouts: Caleb R with a 40-second PR. Morgan is close to 8 minutes better than his 1st meet.
Kylie with a 2nd place finish against some strong competition!
Runners of the Week, Fafa and Hollis. Hollis was our top male this week on his way to a 51 second PR.

Fafa ran her best time by 3 minutes! She dug deep and still had a strong kick to finish.

Kylie has a goal of earning a T-shirt and CRUSHED it with a 6th place finish out of 40+ runners. Kylie ran 21:11.
Morgan PR’d by just over a minute. New kicks=new PR. He’s worked super hard every week.
We appreciate being part of honoring Coach Roesch, former Sweet Home XC coach. Coach Roesch is the 2nd winningest coach All-time in the country!

Shout out to Kylie Martin on winning the girls race in our first meet against Hamburg.

Kylie Martin was the top girl and Jordan Frauenhofer topped the boys squad at the WNY Officials’ Invite.
Martin medaled, finishing 5th overall with a time of 21:08, close to a 2 minute PR. Frauenhofer, also set a PR running 19:58.
