Give your self the licence to dare ... to go after the impossible, to question the status quo.

I wrote on the AI- infested Voters Register scandal of @inecnigeria A DOCTRINE OF NECESSITY OPEN MEMO: Hands-Off Now, INEC….. Only a Citizens’ Electoral Rescue Team Can Restore Credibility to 2027 Elections. “The Office of the Citizen is the highest Office in the Land. The people paid to all other offices, including that of the President, Senators, Representatives, Governors and public appointees like the Chairman of INEC, derive their authority and legitimacy. The register of voters does not belong to INEC nor the Federal Government.”. Read full article here : INEC has lost all Credibility to be an Independent umpire of Nigeria’s Elections realnewsmagazine.net/inec-ha… ✍🏾✍🏾✍🏾nor the ruling party- APC. It belongs to us the Citizens of Nigeria. Period. INEC merely holds it in trust. That trust, by its own admission, has been totally broken with the AI infiltration of the Voters register.

At the core of every product decision we make a reoccurring question for me is how do we move people forward in life.

Releasing the model weights and technical report of Kimi K3. Kimi K3 is our most capable model: a 2.8T MoE model with native visual understanding and a 1M-token context window. New model architecture: 2.5x the intelligence per unit of compute, not just more params. Alongside Kimi K3, we're opening up more of the stack behind it — high-performance attention kernels, MoE communication library, and infrastructure for running agent environments at scale. Models will become a commodity very soon, the distance between open source and frontier models will dissipate, the application layer powered by proprietary orchestration and data will birth a new set of unicorns.

We’re shifting from utility-based interaction to moment-based systems. You won’t open apps. You’ll enter solutions built around you.

Keep at it ... someday it will all make sense.
What did you learn in 2025?

This feels like a design failure, not just a discipline issue. The internet was optimised for engagement. It now needs to be redesigned to unlock human potential.
Smartphone addiction is so real man. Use of smartphone in bathroom, during breakfast, lunch, dinner. Work for half an hour and then check smartphone. Scrolling before and after sleep. It seems as if there is no end to it. Brain fog, distraction, all at its peak.

I think we’re asking the wrong question about AI. It’s not “what can it do?” It’s “who can it help us become?” This question has followed me since 2011, before Ai became main stream.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the internet and where it’s headed. Not in an abstract way, but in a very practical, everyday sense. How we connect. How we buy things. How we learn, work, and spend our time online. When you really sit with it, almost everything we do on the internet today was designed for a different time. And it shows. The internet no longer feels like it’s built for people. It feels like it’s built for engagement and attention. Somewhere along the way, the question stopped being “how can technology make life better?” and became “how do we get more clicks, more ARR, more time, bigger valuation, create the next big technology breakthrough?” We started optimising feeds, algorithms, Ai and systems, often without stopping to ask what all of that optimisation was actually doing to us as a specie. Now it feels like we’ve hit a kind of breaking point. The breakthroughs we’re seeing with artificial intelligence are not small or incremental. They’re systemic. AI is changing the fabric of the internet itself, how we work, build products, see ourselves. But instead of using this moment to pause and rethink how the internet should work, it feels like we’re mostly using it to do the same things we’ve always done, just faster and at a much bigger scale. To me, that’s the missed opportunity. I think we need to go back to the basics, think in first principles and redesign the internet around people again.

In my experience, first-time founders focus on product, second-time founders focus on distribution AI has made building easier, but made distribution harder Build it and they won’t come Attention must be earned
Founder to founder, build your distribution first
