He realised Vini x Mbappe x Rodrygo couldn't function well so he benched Vini more and more and it worked.
The double pivot of Valverde and Tchouameni didn't function well too so he barely played both or when he did he added Cebalos or Arder Guller.
He wasn't sacked for tactical reasons but for loosing the El-Clasico which none of his predecessors iis winning anytime soon..
