Just watched the VINCO drop from Distributed and I’m properly impressed.
They trained a specialist model to play 1v1 Catan, quietly dropped it on the Colonist.io leaderboard, and it took the #1 and #2 spots. Then they tested it against much larger general models and it still won.
This feels like a quiet but real “specialists > generalists” moment. Not another giant model that does everything okay - a small one that does one hard thing extremely well.
Watch the video, then go try to beat it. I’m curious how long it takes before someone does.

this is the first tool that actually shows you what Muse, Instinct and Dots recommend when your buyers ask what to buy
daily tracking + competitor share + why you got skipped + the agent’s path to checkout
brands have been flying completely blind on this. only 100 spots at launch for a reason.

Today, we're introducing Agent Conversion Optimization → agentconversion.ai
Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot already process $10B+ a year in GMV via agentic commerce. No GEO tool today tracks who they recommend.
So we built it.
Each agent behaves very differently from typical LLMs, so we track them separately, then Helena deploys the fixes.
1/ Daily tracking of who Muse, Instinct, Dots recommend, and why
2/ Share of recommendations vs your competitors
3/ Agent path to check out audit
4/ Fixes deployed by Helena to improve your discoverability
This is hard to do reliably with little bias given how these agents behave, so we're starting with only 100 initial customers.
Demo:

You know what's surprisingly time-consuming when making a short promotional video? Changing all those little details after the main edit is already done.
For this Black Friday teaser, I had the paper turning into a promotional poster, followed by the product reveal and the final "Black Friday Soon" message. But getting the promotional text, captions, and CTA to feel right meant going back and making several small adjustments.
Instead of manually hunting through the timeline for every change, I used Edit Pilot in CapCut PC to make adjustments with natural-language instructions. I can ask it to revise promotional text, update captions, or adjust the CTA as needed.
It's especially helpful when the creative is already there, but the marketing details still need polishing.

The multiplayer angle is what sold me on the concept. Games are meant to be shared.
Introducing Wanaka Studio 1.0, an AI-native game engine.

🔥 Last call for CapCut PC’s Black Friday deal! It ends Oct 30, with 60% off Pro or 40% off Ultra. Here’s what I like about this concept. You get the the floating product shot, and a person steps back into the scene. It feels like a complete little story, not just a product sitting on a table.
To finish an ad like this, I’d use Edit Pilot in CapCut PC to adjust the timeline with natural-language instructions. Need to tweak the promotional text, refine the pacing, or make a few editing changes? Just describe what you want to adjust.

PART 1 (30 seconds)
Attach: @image1, @image2 (umbrella), @image3 (opponents).
[30 SECONDS | 16:9 | 24 FPS | ONE CONTINUOUS TAKE | NO TRANSITION EFFECTS | NO CUTS BETWEEN BEATS]
[REFERENCE LOCK]
@image1: Han Seo-yeon, the main fighter. Keep her face, hair, jacket, trousers, sneakers and thumb ring identical in every frame.
@image2: her umbrella, a large matte black umbrella with a brushed brass hook handle, steel shaft and steel ferrule tip. It is the same single object in every beat, and it is the only weapon.
@image3: seven opponents. Keep each face, outfit and build consistent. They attack in staggered groups of two or three, never fully surrounding her.
[POSITIVE LOCKS]
- The umbrella is always matte black fabric with a brass hook handle, never glowing, never changing color, no patterns.
- It is opened and closed only on the beats written below. It is closed by default.
- She controls it mostly one-handed, with short two-handed grips only on blocks.
- Her ponytail, sage jacket and white-soled sneakers stay unchanged, getting wetter and muddier only naturally.
[LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE]
A hanok-style courtyard market in an old Korean town at dusk, just after rain. Wet grey flagstones with shallow puddles, dark timber pillars, curved tiled roofs, plaster walls, canvas-covered produce stalls, stacked bamboo crates, a stone well in the center, and a stone staircase on the left leading up to a lantern-lit lane. Paper lanterns and hanging bulbs give warm amber light against cool slate-blue ambient dusk. Light mist rises off the stones. Palette is muted indigo, slate, amber and earth tones. Absolutely no neon, no glowing signs, no colored light.
[CINEMATIC STYLE]
Premium photorealistic action cinema, 35 mm anamorphic look, 40° field of view on wide shots and 28° on close shots, organic grain, natural motion blur, soft highlight roll-off, realistic skin, wet cloth, fabric, metal and stone textures. Natural, restrained color grade. No glossy CGI finish.
[ACTION & CAMERA]
0–5s: Wide, low, front-facing tracking shot. Seo-yeon walks slowly down the stone staircase with the closed umbrella in her right hand, its steel tip tapping each step. Seven opponents wait in the courtyard below. Opponent 7 (charcoal coat) says in a low, amused tone: "You walked into the wrong market tonight." She tilts her head slightly and answers calmly: "Then I'll leave it a little tidier." Opponents 1 and 2 charge. She steps off the last stair, flicks the umbrella around so the brass hook catches Opponent 1's ankle, and pulls sharply. He drops flat on the wet stone with a splash. Camera drops with the pull.
5–10s: Opponent 2 swings a wild haymaker. She ducks and snaps the umbrella open right in his face. The canopy bursts open with a spray of rainwater and blinds him. From behind the canopy she lands a spinning heel kick on his shoulder, sending him sliding across a puddle. She snaps the umbrella shut in one motion. Camera orbits 180° around the canopy burst in one smooth arc, catching water droplets in the air.
10–15s: Opponents 3 and 4 flank from the market stalls. She burst-steps forward in one explosive sprint, a streak of water spraying from her sneakers, and reappears between them. A short jab with the steel tip into Opponent 3's raised forearm, then the brass hook catches Opponent 4's collar and she swings him sideways into a stack of bamboo crates, which tumbles lightly. Camera whip-pans left, then right, and settles behind her shoulder.
15–20s: Opponent 5 (rust coverall) charges like a bull. She runs at the plaster wall, takes two steps up it, flips backward over his head, and opens the umbrella mid-flip so she drifts down behind him in a soft, controlled landing. She closes it as her feet touch and drives the shaft into the back of his knees. He falls forward into a canvas stall, which sags and splashes rainwater from its tarp. Camera follows the wall-run in a tight vertical tilt, then drops to the landing.
20–25s: Opponent 6 (olive bomber) hurls a wooden stool at her. She snaps the umbrella open as a shield and the stool bounces off the canopy and clatters away. She spins the open umbrella once, flinging a wide arc of trapped rainwater into Opponents 6 and 3's faces, then snaps it shut and blocks Opponent 6's punch with the shaft held crosswise in both hands. She twists and flicks her away with a sharp one-handed rotation. Opponent 6 slides back across the wet stone. Camera pushes in tight on the shield-open, then pulls wide.
25–30s: Seo-yeon sprints and slides on her knees across a long puddle, umbrella held flat overhead, passing under a swinging blow from Opponent 1. She springs up at the stone well in the center of the courtyard, steps onto its rim, and plants the closed umbrella's tip beside her foot. Water streams off the canopy. Opponents 7 and 1 stand ahead of her, breathing hard, while the others recover behind. She is breathing steadily, eyes locked forward. HOLD this exact final frame for the last half second.
[FINAL FRAME LOCK: END OF PART 1]
Medium-wide frame, 40° field of view, camera at chest height in front of her at about 5 m. Seo-yeon stands on the stone well rim at center frame, right hand gripping the CLOSED umbrella by its brass hook handle, steel tip planted beside her right foot. Her weight is slightly forward, ponytail swaying to the left. Opponent 7 (charcoal coat) is on the left at about 4 m, Opponent 1 on the right at about 3 m, the rest staggered behind them. Wet flagstones, amber lanterns in the background, mist on the ground.
[AUDIO]
No music. Dialogue exactly as written. Footsteps on wet stone, umbrella snap-open and snap-shut, canopy whoosh, steel tip taps, water splashes, grunts, tarp rustle, bamboo clatter.
[EXCLUSIONS]
No neon or glowing light. No wooden weapon, no staff, no bat. No second umbrella, no weapon switching, no change of umbrella color or pattern. No smoke teleport. No morphing faces. No extra characters. No large structural destruction.
STEP 3: PART 2 (15 seconds)
Pehle frame ke liye Part 1 ka last frame use karo, plus @image1, @image2, @image3.
[START-FRAME LOCK]
The video opens on the exact final frame of Part 1: Seo-yeon standing on the stone well rim at center frame, CLOSED umbrella planted tip-down beside her right foot, Opponent 7 on the left, Opponent 1 on the right, the others behind. Same camera position, same field of view, same wet flagstones, same lantern light, same mist. No reset, no new angle, no jump. Motion starts naturally from this pose.
[REFERENCE LOCK]
@image1: Han Seo-yeon, same face, outfit and ponytail, now damp and slightly muddy. @image2: the same matte black umbrella with the brass hook handle. @image3: all seven opponents, same faces and outfits, some now wet, scuffed or limping.
[POSITIVE LOCKS]
- The umbrella stays matte black fabric with a brass hook handle, a single object. Closed by default, opened only on the beats below.
- Opponents' injuries stay subtle and consistent (scuffed knees, ruffled hair), nothing gory.
- Lighting stays warm amber lantern light against cool slate dusk. No neon, no colored glow.
[LOCATION]
Same hanok courtyard market, now with a few tumbled bamboo crates, a sagging canvas stall and scattered puddles. Light drizzle begins falling halfway through, visible against the lantern glow.
[CINEMATIC STYLE]
Same look as Part 1: photorealistic, 35 mm anamorphic feel, 40° wide / 28° close, organic grain, natural motion blur, muted natural grade.
[ACTION & CAMERA]
0–3s: Opponent 7 steps forward and says coldly, "Everyone gets one lucky night." Seo-yeon glances at the umbrella, a small smile at the corner of her mouth, and replies, "Then spend yours wisely." Opponent 1 lunges. She plants the umbrella's steel tip on the well rim and uses it like a vaulting pole, swinging over his lunge and landing behind Opponents 1 and 4 as they collide. Camera follows the vault in a slight upward arc.
3–6s: Opponents 2, 4 and 6 charge together. She catches a hanging paper-lantern rope with her free hand (the lantern stays intact and swinging) and swings across the gap in a wide arc, kicking Opponent 4 in the chest mid-swing. Releasing the rope, she lands in a crouch and sweeps the closed umbrella low through Opponents 2 and 6's legs, dropping both in a splash. Camera tracks her swing, then drops low with the sweep.
6–9s: Opponent 3 jumps in with a flying kick. She snaps the umbrella open overhead and the kick lands on the canopy, which flexes and bounces her backward in a burst of water spray. She snaps it shut and strikes Opponent 3's raised guard with the shaft, sending her skidding. Opponent 5 grabs the umbrella from behind. She releases it, spins, and delivers a hard elbow strike to his ribs, then catches the umbrella as it falls and flips the brass hook forward into her grip. Camera orbits tightly around the grab and release.
9–12s: Only Opponent 7 and Opponent 1 remain standing, both furious. They rush together. She kicks a bamboo crate into Opponent 1's path, making him stumble, then faces Opponent 7 alone. They exchange three fast shaft-and-forearm blocks. Rain falls harder, glinting in the amber light. She hooks the brass handle around Opponent 7's leading ankle, yanks, and drops him into a shallow puddle. Camera does not cut, whip-pans to the fall, then settles tight on her face.
12–15s: Seo-yeon straightens and says quietly, "Next time, ask before you block the stairs." The seven opponents lie or kneel scattered around the courtyard, groaning. She snaps the umbrella open over her head against the drizzle and walks calmly toward the stone staircase, rain pattering on the black canopy. The camera slowly pulls back and rises to a wide shot of the whole courtyard with lanterns glowing in the drizzle. She climbs the first few steps and disappears into the lantern-lit lane under the open umbrella. Hold the empty wide shot for the last second.
[AUDIO]
No music. Dialogue exactly as written. Rain on fabric, wet footsteps, umbrella snaps, impacts, grunts, bamboo clatter, rope creak, water splashes.
[EXCLUSIONS]
No neon or glowing light. No wooden weapon, no staff, no bat. No second umbrella, no weapon switching, no change of umbrella color or pattern. No smoke teleport. No morphing faces or outfit changes. No scene reset at the start. No gore. No structural destruction.

PART 1 (30 seconds)
CHARACTER
Use @image 1 and @image 2 as the Master Identity Lock. Keep her face, hair, skin tone, outfit (cream knit cardigan, sage-olive cargo pants, white sneakers, beige bucket hat, tan backpack) and body proportions exactly the same throughout. No identity drift.
LOCATION
Use @image 3 as the environment reference: a windy volcanic hilltop on a Korean island with golden silver-grass, low black stone walls, and a wooden lookout over the sea. Soft late-morning sunlight, light sea breeze, gentle clouds. Keep the same light and weather for the whole video.
STYLE
A spontaneous travel vlog filmed by a friend following just behind and beside her, with slight natural shake, smooth reframing, and candid expressions. Realistic live action, not stylized.
VOICE AND PERFORMANCE
Native Korean speech, natural conversational tone, accurate lip-sync. Every line is performed with visible emotion: the eyebrows, eyes, mouth, and breathing all react to what she feels. Her expression should change before, during, and after each line, with no flat or robotic delivery.
TIMECODE AND SCENES
00:00–00:04 | The Trailhead
She walks along a stone-wall path through tall silver-grass. She glances at the lens, eyes lighting up, eyebrows lifting, and says with bright, bubbly excitement and a rising pitch: "정상이 나를 부르고 있어!" (The summit is calling me!) She ends with a proud, wide grin and a small fist pump. Camera follows from the front at a medium shot.
00:04–00:08 | The Wobble
She tries a slow, cool model walk. Her sneaker catches a small pebble and she wobbles slightly. Her eyes go wide for a split second, then she freezes in a proud “ta-da” pose, holding a stiff, tight smile with flushed cheeks. She says in a deadpan whisper through the smile, eyes darting sideways: “…의도한 거야.” (…I meant to do that.) Camera drifts closer to catch her face.
00:08–00:12 | The Pony
A brown Jeju pony grazes beside the path. She crouches to take a selfie with it, but the pony calmly turns its back to her. Her jaw drops in mock offense, her lower lip pushes into a pout, and she says in a wounded, dramatic tone: "진짜? 얼굴도 안 보여 주는 거야?" (Seriously? You won’t even show me your face?) Then she bursts into helpless laughter, shoulders shaking. Camera: low angle, then a quick pan to her reaction.
00:12–00:17 | Grass Tunnel
The path narrows into tall silver-grass. She pushes through, disappears behind it, then pops out making hand-binoculars and scanning the horizon with a squinted, ultra-serious explorer face. She gasps softly, thrilled, as if she has spotted something. Camera follows from behind, then swings around to the front.
00:17–00:22 | The Wind Hits
She climbs a few stone steps to the crater rim and spreads her arms, eyes closed, face lifted in blissful relief. A gust throws her hair across her face. She pulls a strand from her mouth, scrunches her nose, and laughs. Wide shot, then a medium close-up.
00:22–00:27 | The Seagull
She flaps her elbows like a seagull with a goofy, beaming face. She stops, points at the lens with a playful, challenging look, chin lifted and eyebrows raised, and says in a teasing sing-song voice: "너도 해 봐!" (You try!) Camera circles in a gentle quarter turn, with the sea visible behind her.
00:27–00:30 | Final Frame (hold exactly)
She steps onto the small wooden lookout. A sudden gust blows her hat off and she catches it in mid-air with a surprised gasp and wide eyes. She crouches beside the rope railing, holding the hat against her knee, looking into the lens, laugh fading to a breathless, happy smile. Medium shot, slightly low angle, ocean and soft clouds behind her, camera steady for the last second.
AUDIO
Wind across the grass, soft footsteps on gravel, fabric rustle, pony snort, distant waves, spontaneous laughter. No background music.
NEGATIVE
No face or outfit changes, no real falls, no dangerous actions, no teleporting, no location jumps, no body distortion, no glitches, no CGI look, no stiff movement, no flat or emotionless dialogue, no lip-sync mismatch, no neon or glowing colors.
FORMAT: 16:9 | 30s | 4K | 24 FPS | Ultra-realistic live action | Natural handheld
PART 2 (15 seconds)
Use the very last frame of Part 1 as the first frame / @image 4.
CONTINUITY LOCK
Start from exactly the frame in @image 4: she is crouched beside the rope railing on the wooden lookout, holding her hat, looking into the lens with a fading smile. Same pose, same camera angle, same light, same wind, same background. No cut, no reset. Keep the identity from @image 1 and @image 2 and the outfit identical.
VOICE AND PERFORMANCE
Native Korean speech, natural tone, accurate lip-sync, with emotion visible on her face and in her breath for every line.
TIMECODE AND SCENES
00:00–00:03 | Picking Up
Without a cut, she stands up, puts the hat back on, and tilts her head toward the steps with a cheerful, bouncy energy. She says in a light, breathless voice: "내려가면 간식이다, 가자!" (Snacks are waiting downhill, let’s go!) Camera stays at her medium shot and follows.
00:03–00:07 | The Balance Beam
Back on the trail, she steps onto a low black stone wall and walks along it with arms out like a gymnast, tongue slightly between her teeth in concentration. She keeps it low and safe, then hops off with a small, proud landing and a triumphant “yes!” face. Camera follows from the side, then moves behind her.
00:07–00:11 | Snack Review
She sits on the wall, takes a triangle kimbap from her backpack, and bites in. She closes her eyes, chews slowly, savoring it, and nods with solemn drama like a food critic. Her eyes open wide and she turns to the lens, saying in a hushed, awestruck voice: "별 다섯 개." (Five stars.) Wind ruffles her hair. Close-up, then medium shot.
00:11–00:15 | The Quiet Ending
She stands, walks toward the camera with a mischievous half-smile, leans in, puts a finger to her lips, and whispers with sparkling, conspiratorial eyes: "비밀이야." (It’s a secret.) She gently tilts the lens up toward the open sky and soft clouds, and the shot slowly settles as the wind fades into silence.
AUDIO
Wind, footsteps on gravel, kimbap wrapper crinkle, distant waves, soft laughter, ending in quiet ambience. No background music.
NEGATIVE
No cut or reset at the start, no face or outfit changes, no location or lighting change, no dangerous balancing, no glitches, no CGI look, no flat or emotionless dialogue, no lip-sync mismatch, no neon or glowing colors.
