At the close of 2026, after 35 years of dedicated leadership, we celebrate Katie Vineyard's retirement and thank her for the lasting impact she has had on our organization. We are also excited to welcome Greg Voss as our new CEO.

This #NDEAM, we're celebrating more than individual success stories. Through the #AbilityOne Program and the @SourceAmerica network, more than 4,000 employment placements were achieved in FY25, creating meaningful career opportunities for people with disabilities.
