I’ve added some new things to the Relaxscape Eco Loja online shop :) Now you can carry a bit of nature around with you all the time, with these key rings made from foraged bits from the local forest and some with recycled corks too :) 🍃🌳🍷😁

Still haven’t decided where to go for October #halfterm? How about a last minute trip to Central #Portugal? Stay at Relaxscape, take part in the annual olive harvest, see how olive oil is made and take home a bottle of extra virgin oil from the olives you picked! DM for more info
It really is a great place which is why I chose to open @Relaxscape near Tomar 😍 forbes.com/sites/shivanivora… #portugal #holidayideas

As part of my role as a coach is to try and help my coachees to change and so I am going to try to push my own boat out. In October I am going to support a fellow coach at her retreat which will focus on life/work balance in a person’s later life.

Yep. See also; if a twice divorced woman with a boyfriend half her age & kids by several different men ran for leader we’d literally never hear of anything else

Just had to rescue next door’s baby goat from my shed roof. Carried it all the way back up the road, but they were out so had to find a low bit of fence & hoist it back over 😁 It kept looking up at me then snuggling its head under my chin & now I’m in love. And stink of goat.
