What a weekend! Weather was hot and sunny on Saturday for the Run to the Sea 50k Ultra, running with a fabulous bunch of @HastingsRunners then today conditions were a bit damper for a spot of Marshalling at the @niceworkrun Hastings 5 miler 🏃🏃♀️🏃♂️
This is Bernie. He very much enjoyed his first ever trail run, at Combe Valley. Took 2 swims, chased some rabbits and scared off a field full of crows. 100% will take him again.

Hastings Half Marathon yesterday. The support out on the course was fantastic👌 Leg niggle started playing up after 10 miles, but managed to hobble over the line😮 But a medal is a 🏅😃 Time for a rest I think @HastingsRunners #MedalMonday
