Tried Asado short ribs - just salt, cooked over embers, pulled at lower temp. Tasted good, had fun doing it, nice try try something different, but I’ll stick to North American style.

This might be the JUICIEST smoked burger I’ve ever made. Thick beef patty smoked low & slow over whiskey-barrel oak, with bone marrow on top slowly melting and basting the beef as it cooks 👌🏻
