For those thinking the Man City decision will go to the High Court, you’ve been misled.
Before it could go to the High Court, it would have to go to PL Section X arbitration.
Before it can go to Section X arbitration, it must go before a Section W Appeal Board.
The High Court and Court of Appeal both determined that Premier League arbitration has jurisdiction here. So that route is out.
The prospect that all 3 of an Independent Commission, Appeal Board and Arbitration
allowed a serious procedural irregularity causing substantial injustice to Man City or all made a perverse ruling in law is simply not plausible.
It’s fantasy land thinking it’s going to the High Court.
