I genuinely thought, “Maybe this guy can actually change an industry that is full of problems.”
But sorry to say, what happened today completely changed my perspective.
I simply posted a message in your Discord and raised a question.
Instead of addressing the question or having a discussion, I was simply blocked.
Seriously?
If users can't question you, can't share their concerns, and can't speak their mind, then who will?
This is especially disappointing because your prop firm is only on Day 2.
If your support and discussion team is working under your direction, then please guide them properly.
Don't let your team follow the same practices that you criticize other prop firms for.
I was genuinely considering buying a $50K account from you.
But thank you.
You helped me see this side of the company before I spent my money.
Now I personally won't be buying an account.
And I'm thinking about one more thing:
If I had already purchased that $50K account and then got blocked for simply asking a question, what would have happened to me?
Would I just lose access without even getting an answer?
If you really want to build something different, either change this mindset or seriously reconsider how your team is handling users.
Because saying “we are different” in videos is easy.
Proving it when a user questions you is what actually matters.
