$APLD CEO: “We now operate one of the only 100 MW direct-to-chip liquid-cooled data centers online today, and more importantly, it is fully operational. We believe that's what matters to our customers – turning power into live AI capacity, delivered on time and performing as expected. We are also starting to see the earnings power of our platform come through, with a full quarter of revenue from our first building now recognized. That initial 100 MW represents approximately one-sixth of our contracted capacity and one-tenth of what is operating or under construction, but we believe it begins to show what's possible from here as we continue to bring additional capacity online in the coming quarters.”

I went to high school from 1998-2002.
I am convinced HUMANITY PEAKED here.
•Every freaking moment wasn't recorded.
People said/did dumb stuff without it haunting them forever.
Privacy felt default. Every kid would DANCE at school dances & didn't have to fear looking silly & it being posted online forever.
•We had cell phones for calls/texts, but not constant notifications, social media doomscrolling, or smartphones glued to everyone's hands. Life felt connected without being overwhelmed. WE LIVED IN THE MOMENT IN REAL LIFE!
•There were no pronouns or safe spaces.
•No one obsessed over race, identity or sexual orientation. People just mostly got along. Politics didn't feel like THE MAIN THING. People weren't so tribal & didn't feel the need to shout their opinion on everything.
•Michael Jordan reigned over the NBA & he never took "load management" days off or flopped. They called traveling in the NBA & guys played hard.
•The music was better than ever!
It's all recycled garbage now.
•The movies were better than ever!
Now it's just Fast & Furious 17 & more of the same -- nothing groundbreaking & original like THE MATRIX, Fight Club, Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator etc. etc.
•Housing & jobs still felt affordable.
Low inflation, cheap gas (89 cents a gallon I recall), & me & 4 high school buddies could get 2 large pizzas for $10.
•Kids played outside, hung at malls & arcades, made plans via landlines & AIM INSTANT MESSENGER. There was no social media FOMO or curated online personas ruining spontaneous hangs.
•Everyone wasn't offended by everything.
100% of people acknowledged there were two genders, women shouldn't get pummeled by men in sports, & common sense was just more common.
•Pre 9-11 you could show up to a flight 30 minutes before it took off & walk right onto the plane.
I get nostalgic at times, but am still super bullish on humanity & an awesome future.
What do you think?!
Have we peaked (if so when) or is the best yet to come?!

🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING EXTREMELY BAD IS COMING!!
The Silver market is about to collapse.
Take a look at the chart before FEB 28, no ragebait.
February 27, 2026 is First Notice Day for March silver futures on COMEX.
360-380 million ounces are tied to March contracts.
Silver available for delivery Just 95-105 million ounces.
But it gets even worse:
On February 27, 2026 traders must choose:
→ Roll
→ Close for cash
→ Or demand physical delivery
Normally? Routine.
This time? SYSTEM LEVEL.
The paper-to-physical ratio in silver now sits near 360:1.
Read that again.
For every ounce of real metal, HUNDREDS of paper claims exist.
Inventory recently fell below 100 million ounces for the first time in modern history.
And withdrawals are accelerating: ~785,000 ounces per day.
If even 25–50% of contract holders demand metal…
The exchange can’t perform.
That’s not fear.
That’s math.
And behavior is changing.
Historically, only 3–5% take delivery.
February 2026?
Delivery demand surged toward 98%.
During the January 30 crash, when silver collapsed from $121 to $64, vaults still saw 3.3 million ounces withdrawn.
In a single day.
Price down.
Metal leaving.
That’s not retail panic.
That’s large capital choosing CUSTODY over leverage.
Zoom out.
The market is fragmenting East vs West.
China controls roughly 70% of refined silver output and tightened export controls in January.
Inventories in Asia are tight.
Short exposure is elevated.
Meanwhile, corporations are bypassing exchanges entirely.
Samsung secured a two-year exclusive offtake for the full output of a Mexican silver mine.
No paper exposure.
Just guaranteed supply.
Underneath it all:
The world is running a 40–50 million ounce MONTHLY silver deficit.
Cumulative shortages since 2021 approach 820 million ounces.
That’s structural.
Silver isn’t just an investment.
It’s solar.
It’s electronics.
It’s defense.
It’s AI infrastructure.
Strategic deficits don’t resolve quietly.
They REPRICE.
If COMEX cannot deliver on February 27, it can legally settle contracts in cash.
But cash settlement confirms one thing:
Paper silver is leverage.
Physical silver is reality.
With a 360:1 claim structure, confidence is everything.
If confidence cracks, price discovery won’t be gradual.
It will be forced.
This isn’t just another contract cycle.
It’s a stress test of the entire paper silver system.
Stay disciplined.
Don’t get shaken out.
February 27 will show how strong the structure really is.
I’ve studied macro for 10 years and I called almost every major market top, including the October BTC ATH.
Follow and turn notifications on. I’ll post the warning BEFORE it hits the headlines.

TAX MAN: Hey you! Your W-2 is ready. Pumped for tax season.
ME: Awesome, so I can file my taxes now?
TAX MAN: Nope, your wife’s W2 isn’t ready yet.
ME: Cool. I'll see if she knows her ADP login.
TAX MAN: Hey. Your 1098 is ready.
ME: Great, that’s my mortgage interest right?
TAX MAN: Yep. But your loan got sold last year haha. So you’ll get two 1098s, one from each bank.
ME: Yea I remember getting a letter about that at some point…that's like the 3rd time our mortgage has been sold.
TAX MAN: Btw only 1 of your 1098s is ready. The other isn't.
ME: Cool, so I still can't really file yet.
TAX MAN: Yep. But your brokerage account 1099s will come out in mid-Feb.
TAX MAN: Go look for a Consolidated 1099, or separate 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-R.
ME: I thought 1099s were for people who were contract-based employees or gig workers?
TAX MAN: Nah, 1099s are for so many things man.
TAX MAN: Did you sell RSUs last year? If so, you'll get a 1099-B that shows $0 basis, so you'll want to go get a Supplemental Information document from your broker.
ME: Cool, thanks for the heads up. Someone will tell me that explicitly, right?
TAX MAN: Not at all.
ME: Cool. What’s the difference between 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC?
TAX MAN: 1099-NEC (Non-Employee Compensation) reports payments to contractors. 1099-MISC (Miscellaneous) reports other types of payments like rent, royalties, and prizes, etc.
TAX MAN: They changed it a few years ago but didn't really tell anyone.
ME: Why are you the way you are?
TAX MAN: Nobody knows.
ME: Looks like I got a 1099-K this year?
TAX MAN: Did you sell something online?
ME: I sold a couch on Facebook Marketplace
TAX MAN: For how much?
ME: $600...
TAX MAN: Congratulations, you’re a business now.
ME: Okay I have all my 1099s, I’m ready to file.
TAX MAN: Did you check for corrected forms?
ME: What?
TAX MAN: Sometimes they prepare a corrected one to recharacterize income or fix mistakes.
TAX MAN: They come like a few weeks later.
ME: So should I wait?
TAX MAN: Up to you man.
TAX MAN: File now and maybe amend later?
TAX MAN: Or wait, and maybe it never comes.
ME: Cool.
ME: Oh btw, I invested in a private company last year.
TAX MAN: Ah, you’ll be getting a K-1 now LOL.
ME: Great, when?
TAX MAN: LOL.
ME: Taxes are due in a couple months...
TAX MAN: Right.
ME: But the form comes in October?
TAX MAN: Sometimes September if you’re lucky!
ME: So what do I do?
TAX MAN: File an extension and make a payment.
ME: I filed an extension, but I think we owe money.
TAX MAN: Yeah you'll need to pay that by 4/15.
ME: But I don’t know how much I owe?
ME: Because I don’t have all my forms...
TAX MAN: You estimate. 100% of last year's tax or 90% of this year's tax....or else you get slapped with thousands in underpayment penalties/interest.
ME: What if I make over $150,000?
TAX MAN: Then you have to pay in 110% of last year's tax....or 90% of this year's tax.
ME: What if I estimate wrong?
TAX MAN: Penalty.
ME: What if I overpay?
TAX MAN: They’ll refund it eventually.
ME: With interest?
TAX MAN: LOL no.
ME: I did everything right.
ME: I have all my forms
ME: I filed on time
ME: I’m getting a refund
TAX MAN: Congratulations
ME: When will I get it?
TAX MAN: The IRS says 21 days
TAX MAN: It’s been 12 weeks
TAX MAN: Your return is “still being processed”.
ME: Can I call someone?
TAX MAN: You can try.
TAX MAN: They’re experiencing higher than normal call volume.
ME: For how long?
TAX MAN: Since 2019.
ME: What if I just don’t file?
TAX MAN: Prison.
ME: What if I file wrong?
TAX MAN: Also prison, but less likely.
ME: What if my accountant files wrong?
TAX MAN: Still your fault.
ME: Can I just move somewhere with no income tax?
TAX MAN: You can try!
ME: What if I leave the country?
TAX MAN: You still have to file.
TAX MAN: For ten years after you renounce citizenship.
ME: This is tyranny.
TAX MAN: That's funny because that's actually how this whole thing started.

Most want what their parents had.
That is, a housing market where they only compete against other American families for single family homes to live in. Not LLCs. Not foreign buyers. Not Airbnb operators. Not wealthy people’s 5th vacation home left vacant 3/4 of the year
