This is a replica I've wanted to do for years so I'm happy to have finally (almost) finished my replica of Thomas the Tank Engine. The models in Thomas were a big inspiration to me growing up so I built my replica using as many of the original materials and techniques as I could.

Inspired by the amazing Season 21 Collection trailer, I built my own 'Resurrection of the Daleks' prop!
Been a bit of a marmite Dalek, some love the 80's battered look, others not so much (which is fine). That's just how they look to me!

I was around 7 when I first saw 'The Caves of Androzani' on UK Gold... But in September I was approached by Chris Thompson to help work on it!
My brief was to sculpt a new Magma Beast puppet, which I fitted with various cable mechanisms. Chris then worked FX magic to blend it in

Here we go mould making again!
This time it's a different technique that's a lot quicker.
The biggest difference is that the silicone is applied to each side simultaneously. The first steps are finding the seam line, and the print coat.
