The best 12u player I've ever seen didn't play a day of college baseball and was average as grits as a HS player. As a 12u he hit 28 homers in a 16-game season and was unhittable on the mound. He threw GAS at 12. Why didn't he get better? He and his parents thought he was a superstar and thought they invented baseball. They let 12u success absolutely destroy his career. Players/Parents...don't take the bait.

$33 billion surplus and nothing. @GovAbbott this is unbelievable. A disservice to over 5 MILLION students and hundreds of thousands employees.
Proud of this young man! @rockwallhoops

Great schools are not just lead by the administration; they are led by teachers too. In great schools everyone owns the vision… and everyone is on a mission. #simplethruths

Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. In fact as a leader, seek their input and feedback if you want to build a highly effective school culture.

You won't read this on Rockwallian or anyone else's social media feed; it won't make the rounds in the gossip circles, but today some amazing kids will attend some amazing classes taught by some amazing teachers and Rockwall will be better for it.
