My PPS 10 slide: distal LBB = fascicular pacing. PV 16 ms, 3 cm from His, yet native-like QRS, better than proximal LBB with 30+ ms latency (more myocardial capture). “Distal is bad”? Too heterogeneous a term. What’s bad: non-LBB pacing mislabeled as distal LBBAP. #EPeeps #LBBAP
