Gorgeous morning for @Cheltparkrun today. Course PB for me as well, 30:08. Wanted sub-30 but I’ll take it! That was @parkrun #48, so should be the big 5-0 in 2 weeks when I’m back in Cheltenham! As long as I’ve recovered from Edinburgh... #loveparkrun #ukrunchat #visorclub

I joined #cheltenhamharriers as a result of running regularly @Cheltparkrun and because of that I got to create a lifelong friendship with @chrissiesmiles I only had to see her train to know how much that race meant. The tears and embrace confirmed it #parkrun #vlm2017 – at Cheltenham, England

Solid start to the weekend at @Cheltparkrun. Sub-30 pace but for traffic on the first lap. Pleased with that. LSR tomorrow now. #ukrunchat #visorclub #loveparkrun
