Next time someone asks why I get so fired up about international officers getting to participate in our technical blocks, I’m just gonna send them this.

Gee I’d hate to have a current leader say anything reassuring in this troubled time.

Have you noticed a recent uptick in "expert analyses" arguing that Russia remains a strong economy able to wage its war against Ukraine for many years? This uptick is hardly a coincidence, and a new insider report from VCHK-OGPU suggests it's part of Russian information warfare and provides even more details on what is going on inside the Kremlin regime. 1/7

This is actually a genuine "realist" perspective on U.S. aid to Ukraine; without any cost to American blood, and at a very small cost in American treasure, the U.S. is heavily degrading the military capability of a key geopolitical rival.

The strength of our Army rests on the quality of its leaders. As we face an increasingly complex and unpredictable global security environment, it is more important than ever that we select and develop the best people to lead our formations. The Command Assessment Program has been a pilot initiative for the past five years to inform how the Army selects the most qualified and ready leaders. CAP has proven to be a critical component of the Army's centralized selection process, using objective assessments to identify the most qualified leaders for command and key leadership positions.
Based on the success of this pilot, we have directed that CAP become an enduring Army program within the centralized selection board process.
