I had a very vindicating experience today where a white person noticed another white person at work being particularly rude and dismissive towards me and questioned whether said person might be racist. I have NEVER witnessed a white person recognise micro aggressions before.

My kid enjoys learning. He wants to practice writing, putting together phonics to sound out words. He can sight read pretty well. He’s really enthusiastic. School have only started singular phonics. The teacher said “we expect him to do all of his learning at school”.
