when a new meme token starts pumping, most people check the chart and volume first.
but @zerufinance's research shows why there's more to look at.
out of 3,374 token launches analyzed:
→ 68.7% of developers started selling within five minutes.
→ 16.2% had a bundle in the token-creation block, meaning multiple wallets bought in the same block.
and high volume doesn't always mean genuine demand.
Bitquery classified $117.7 billion of the $201.4 billion in Solana DEX volume it indexed during its study period as non-genuine under its tests.
so before buying into the hype, check developer selling, token distribution, early wallet activity, and whether the volume reflects real demand.

Now this is how you start a new chapter
@grvt_io has already completed its first buyback: 1.1M GRVT, nearly 1% of circulating supply
And here's what matters to me:
→ Tokens sent to the burn address, not held in treasury
→ Transactions publicly verifiable onchain
→ Future buybacks intended monthly, but discretionary
Meanwhile, GRVT 2.0 is getting closer, with Earn, Stable Funding Perps and Yield as Margin on the roadmap.

they've joined the Quantum Alliance alongside 8 other blockchain organizations
and honestly, I like seeing this kind of collaboration
crypto already has enough chains, wallets and standards that don't always work well together
the last thing we need is every team coming up with its own incompatible approach to post-quantum security
open standards make a lot more sense
still early, but definitely something worth following
