Trinity Chickens

A slightly updated version of the instructions for looking after the chickens. Please return any chicken packs and keys that you have at home.

Hello from Galaxy, Mars and Smartie! We are orange, grey and black. We live in the Secret Garden, home to many animals. We are delighted to be here! By Iona and Josiah

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) think these chocolate chip fair cakes made by Molly Walsh in P6 look ‘eggs-traordinarily’ yummy!🍫🧁

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) are ‘eggs-tra’ impressed by this perfect poached egg and yummy banana loaf, made by our very own Mrs Scott!🥚🍞

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) want to say a massive to all the parents who looked after us over the holidays!🙌🏻Looking forward to enjoying more days in the sun to come!☀️🐔

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) just want to wish everyone a massive Happy Easter! Great to see we weren’t the only ‘chickens’ celebrating today!🥚🐔😁

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) are ‘egg-static’ to see our eggs being put to such good use! Well done Mrs Walsh!🥚🍽

FROG WATCH: We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) spotted our neighbours out and about today!🐸

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) think this french toast - made by Mrs Walsh - is a wonderful use of our eggs! Yum yum!🍞

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) have been busy laying six eggs this week! Must be all the ‘eggcitment’ of our new neighbours moving in!🐔🥚🐸

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) are happy to hear that our new neighbours have arrived! We hope they’re nice and don’t make too much noise!🐔🐸

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) are delighted to hear that our eggs are being put to good use in Mrs McKinnon’s house and are being turned into fresh, homemade pasta! Yummy!🍝

We (that’s us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé) have loved being looked after by P1! They have kept us clean, well-fed and even found some of the gigantic eggs we left for them! They really have done an ‘egg-cellent’ job, and we look forward to being taken of by P2/P3 in March!🐔🥚

Us chickens have been busy watching @_EarthCalling_ working all morning... they have cleared the pond! A big thank you to Gus for his efforts. We can't wait for the new pond!

We (that's us, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé!) are very grateful to the parents and children who have been feeding us, cleaning our coop and generally checking in with us over Lockdown. Here are some of the eggs we produced this week! 🥳🥚🐓

Hello All! Just a reminder - if you have signed up to look after the chickens at the weekend, please continue to do so. The only change is you can keep the eggs! Please tweet any photos of the eggs, or what you make with them!👍🥚🥚😀

We (that's us, Lady Gaga and Beyonce!) are hoping that a kind family will offer to look after us over Xmas! We need volunteers for Wed 23rd - Fri 25th, Sat 26th - Sun 27th and Mon 28th - Fri 1st Jan... Please, can someone help us?!😢 🐔P.S. You get to keep our 🥚!

We've finally laid some eggs! 🥚🥚Sorry, we've just been adjusting to the colder, darker weather... Thank you to all of the parents who have been looking after us since August!😀🐔😃🐔

Huge thanks to all who've been looking after our 🐔🐔! As there's been a few cases of Avian Flu in the UK recently, make sure - no one steps into their run - lids are replaced on their feed - the chickens are cleaned out during the hols + disinfectant spray is used. Thank you!

Mrs Martin was very happy with her Trinity Chickens' eggs this week. Apparently they were poached to perfection (the eggs, not the chickens!) @Primary4TPS

Hi All. Unfortunately, due to the difficulties involved in sharing keys, we are not going to use the Doodle Poll. One of the PSAs will be looking after the chickens for the foreseeable future. We will return to the usual system as soon as possible! #hailgisele #chickenlady
