At @munichairport missing my connecting flight because jet bridge is not working. 2 out of 3 times there are problems w the airport.
We call @FlyFrontier to ask for an explanation. None given. Original flight still on, so the “best they can do” is put me on a 4:30pm flight. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. Thank you not for your service, @FlyFrontier.
I freak out as I clearly “missed” a @FlyFrontier flight which I hadn’t booked - FIVE HOURS earlier than planned.
At 7:40am I get a text from @FlyFrontier that my flight was delayed from 7:05 am (WHAT?!) to 7:45 am. Booking was for 12:22PM
Traveling today for work from Denver to DCA on @FlyFrontier. Initial reservation for 12:22pm. Booked the Uber, all ready to go
