Thanks Dan. Biggest challenges have been import and export red tape, delays and costs. Waiting weeks on basic ingredients. Parcels being returned from EU without an explanation. Additional red tape for organic.
We are persevering because there is a market for ethical chocolate.

By employment are you referring also to the families in Africa? Because I was told by an African man once that mass produced chocolate was made from his families blood. He didn't seem very happy about it.
Planet & People are more important than Profit for us π we intend to sell about 60 tons annually which is miniscule compared to @CadburyUK but sustainable.
