@AvantiWestCoast hello, I'm unable to refund a journey next week, which I can't make due to a family illness. I was offered the chance to change to a new date but it worked out cheaper to book a whole new return ticket as someone has to come with me and we have a Railcard...

@LNER hello, can you advise? My @AvantiWestCoast train from Euston to Carlisle was cancelled due to signal problems so I went to Kings X to buy one of your tickets to Newcastle instead. Just after that it was announced my original ticket would be accepted on your route. Is there
Replying to @BootsHelp
@BootsHelp hello, I'm trying to participate in your recycling scheme for cosmetic packaging. I've carried them around to 4 stores so far, none of which has the right drop off point. I know that at least 2 of them are supposed to, the others only seemed to have the blister pack.

Ooh lovely another @AvantiWestCoast luxury journey, 3.5 hours standing up in a crammed hot train for £150 🕺🕺
Happy Pride from all of us at @ABBAVoyage! I don't work there I just go there a lot.
Sorry to be that person, but is there a worse company on earth than @AvantiWestCoast ? I use it about once every 4-6 weeks. A 3.5hr return journey usually costs £130-190 which is bad enough, but EVERY TIME FOR THE LAST 5 TIMES the train has been cancelled, usually on the day 1/3
or even within the hour. Usually no reason is given or it's something vague. It means either rearranging travel completely or getting the next one, which is usually full of 2-3 trains' worth of passengers and takes up to 4.5 hours and has no 2/3
