In all honesty, I don't want to see @JussieSmollett see any jail time. I believe he's a victim of a grotesque ideology that places victims on a pedestal to the point people seek victimization. Mainstream media promotes victimization but chooses the victims. /1
So no... I don't think @JussieSmollett should see jail. He didn't kill anyone. He didn't harm anyone. Did he waste police time? The jury says yes. Is that against the law? Yes. Should he pay for it? Yes. /6
