Grandmother, on right, lived her life in poverty. Mother, on left, lost most of her children; 3 died as babies and 4 of them left & never came home. Daughter, in middle, emigrated and struggled with anti-immigrant prejudice, yet made a better life for herself. RIP 💚

Happy Mother’s Day and keep dancing everyone ♥️ Peru seems like a long time ago now 😬 #MothersDay #StayAtHome #QuaratineLife
“My mum taught me to dance when I was little. She used to hold my hands and help me. We still dance together.” 👯‍♀️ Venezuela is one of the most dangerous places to be a child. Isabela & her family fled to Peru where we support them. #MothersDay 📸@CitizenCamera

Dear @BorisJohnson, the self-employed freelance community contributed £271bn to the UK economy in 2017 - enough to fund the NHS twice over (via @teamIPSE). And that stat has grown since. Don't forget about us (4.8 million self-employed in the UK). Please RT.

Those we've rescued at sea have names, faces, families, friends, dreams, strengths & flaws. They're more than numbers & simply don't deserve to drown.
