Burford is petitioning for cert in the YPF Argentina debt case. A very impressive list of folks have filed amicus briefs in support of Paul Clement's lead petition, including @Aaron_L_Nielson and @CitizenCapozzi . Links to some of the briefs in the comments.

BIG WINS against illegal marijuana:
Today, we secured a COMPLETE VICTORY defending Missouri’s law closing the so-called hemp loophole. We’ve also filed suit against FOUR retailers for allegedly disguising marijuana as legal hemp and posing as licensed dispensaries.
The days of drug pushers masquerading as licensed dispensaries are OVER.
The business of governing continues, and @AGCHanaway and her SG team will keep delivering results for Missouri. Today we obtained dismissal of a federal lawsuit against HB 2641, which cracks down on unregulated marijuana. We'll always fight to keep unsafe drugs off our streets.
Missouri will continue leading on this issue. Illegal immigrants should not be represented in Congress.
Election integrity demands fair representation based on the American people—not political power amassed by counting illegal immigrants.
We’re leading 22 states backing a federal rule that would protect census integrity and prevent illegal immigrants from influencing congressional apportionment.
Missouri will never stop fighting for fair representation.
St Louis needs law and order to unlock its full potential. Thank you to all who helped secure federal funds for this effort.
GREAT news and another big home state win: St. Louis is receiving funds through the DOJ's Model Cities Initiative to support our local law enforcement & protect our communities.
One of my top priorities is to ensure Missouri is safe for everyone who calls it home, and I’m proud to have helped secure this funding.

VICTORY for Missouri students: A court has upheld the constitutionality of Missouri’s law expanding school choice opportunities.
We’re proud to defend educational opportunities and we will continue to fight for families who deserve better than a one-size-fits-all system.
I'm proud that my team successfully defended the General Assembly's charter school statute at trial. @AGCHanaway and I will always fight for school choice and to empower parents.

Very excited to see my boss, @AGCHanaway, speak at NLC this year!
Replying to @FedSoc
We are pleased to announce that Catherine L. Hanaway (@AGCHanaway), and Mollie Hemingway (@MZHemingway) will be joining us as first time NLC speakers! You can watch them speak on the panel titled "He Has Made Judges Dependent on His Will Alone" on Saturday, November 14.
The SG team's next project . . . We will continue our fights to protect consumer health data and protect Missourians' access to affordable prescription drugs.
Big Pharma does not get to bully Missouri hospitals or hold discounted prescription drug prices hostage.
Our office is ordering Eli Lilly to stop imposing unlawful patient data requirements on Missouri hospitals within the federal 340B Program. We will continue to fight for access to care for those who need it, especially in rural communities.
100%. Missouri has led on this issue and we'll keep fighting to keep these products off our streets and away from children.
This really is a dangerous supplement worth talking to your kids about.

The legal talent that has been built up in Missouri under the successive Attorneys General @HawleyMO, @Eric_Schmitt, @AndrewBaileyMO, and @AGCHanaway is unbelievable. And the Missouri miracle is still churning out excellent. Amazing stuff

Big win for Missourians: the 8th Circuit upheld the constitutionality of Missouri's Sex Offender Registry Act and affirmed that it is essential to protecting our communities.
Our office will never waver in defending laws that help law enforcement and parents keep our kids safe.
This is the SG team’s next investigation. We will hold big tech companies accountable when they endanger children.
BREAKING: Our office has launched an investigation into TikTok because parents deserve to know what their kids are being exposed to and how these platforms may be putting them at risk. We won’t tolerate companies that profit from addictive design at the expense of kids’ mental health.
We will never stop fighting to protect young consumers online.
Xbox needs to up its game.
Pleased to have delivered this win for Missouri. Arguably a 6-3 circuit split on this PLRA interpretation issue now.
