Parking in front of Wayne Manor in my Batmobile. Some might claim this is an AI manipulated photo of a certain multi faceted gamer's recent visit to the Biltmore estate. But don't believe them, because; I'm Batman!

A few shots from our mini vacation near Asheville NC. There was poor cel reception at the cabin we rented but they did have Starlink, my first time using it. It wasn't too bad. I was able to stream and not sure what data plan they had but for satellite internet It wasn't bad at all.
Nothing says authentic Japanese meal like Spongebob Ramen and sake made in Asheville North Carolina.😄
I may be dating myself, but I loved when I was home from school whether a holiday or sick and could watch the Match Game. Lately I've been enjoying watching it on You tube. Recent revivals of the show just don't cut it. Can't beat the humor, the chemistry, the stars from the original!
I reached 600 friends(followers). I'm surprised for having such a niche/eclectic profile. It seemed I'd never pass the 300 mark for years then suddenly 600. Pics of me included for shits and giggles and to ask: "Do you really want to follow this weirdo?"😄
Hey Warner/Paramount/Sundance. Now that the merger has gone thru can we get a GOOD(non Kurtzman/Abrams)Star Trek show/movie? While you're at it withdraw the license from IDW & give it back to DC comics! I'm including photos of a good Star Trek show, movie and comic for reference.
More nerdy hot takes:
Remington Steele>Moonlighting
Pepsi>Coke
Good & Plenty is S tier candy
Chinese buffet/take out> hot wings/buffalo wings (think of all those poor buffalo missing their wings!)
Mozart>Beethoven. LVB is GREAT but not the GOAT
Vinyl/Blu-Ray/4K BR/DVD/LD/CD/cassette > streaming
My nerd preferences/hot takes:
Star Trek>Star Wars. Both are💩now
DC>Marvel. Both are 💩now
Never cared for LOTR, books or movies
I like Star Trek V & Superman IV
As far as HOTD, give me The House of the Dead game over House of the Dragon show
MST3K> Big Bang Theory. BBT is 💩
That sucks, but he lived a good long life. RIP Apollo.
"He stood in front of the temple and spread himself upon the wind, thinner and thinner, until only the wind remained"
Sadly, we've lost another member of the Star Trek family. Rest in peace, Michael Forest.

Interesting! I may have to pick up the Super NT. I already have the Mega SG.
Introducing Super Nt+ and Mega Sg+
The definitive way to play original Super Nintendo, Super Famicom, Sega Genesis, Mega Drive, and Master System.
Beginning with Super Nt in 2017, the originals set a new standard for video game preservation. Nearly a decade later, they return.
Super Nt+ & Mega Sg+. Definitive, all over again.
Now with Bluetooth + 2.4G. Reworked industrial design, OS, packaging, and more.
At the core: an FPGA architecture engineered in-house from scratch, backed by over a decade of development. Purpose-built 1080p for 2D gaming. No emulation. Zero lag. Total accuracy. Plug and play.
Preorder Oct 19, 8am PDT. Ships Dec 2026.

I don't consider playing mobile games as "gaming". But I enjoy Mahjong on my phone. I love solitaire mahjong games such as Shanghai,so I collect them for whatever system I can. 1 day I'll learn the rules of regular mahjong. There's roughly a bazillion games of them from Japan.👍
Is it a Mario game? Sorta. Is it a Sonic game? Sorta. Is it a unlicensed bootleg? Most definitely. Somari for the Famicom. Takes Mario and puts him in Sonic's world in glorious (not really) 8 bit visuals.
I posted about Britcom based games & the corresponding dvds/blu-rays for the various series. Today I'm highlighting the only game I have that's based on an American sitcom. This one a cassette game for the Commodore 64. It was also released for the Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, MSX, ZX Spectrum, & MS-DOS. Not a great game on any of the systems but I love the Munsters & who doesn't like to wait forever for a tape game to load?
It's not often I can combine these 2 loves: Britcoms and video games. But here are the only games I have based on Britcoms. And their respective series dvds/blu-rays.
