@amazon @AmazonHelp you sent me the wrong hair color. I am glad I checked the box before I used it. That dye would have turned my hair muddy.
Then, before you would even consider a refund, you wanted a photo of my driver’s license.
You shipped the wrong product. I should not have to hand over my ID so you can undo your own warehouse error. It is sketchy.
Fix the order, and refund it.

@AnthemBCBS I’m a Georgia ACA member on APTC. July 2026 was Month 1 of the required 3-month grace period under federal law (45 CFR 156.270). Your own plan documents and Georgia Access records confirm coverage had to stay active and claims had to be paid.
I spent over 5 hours on 8/5 and 8/6 with Member Services and Carelon Rx getting contradictory answers that don’t match my Summary of Benefits or enrollment record. Got disconnected after asking for an employee ID. Left on hold past closing twice.
I filed a formal grievance on 8/6, and I’m still waiting.
I’m ready to notify the Georgia Insurance Commissioner AGAIN about you, @AnthemBCBS. This is a clear violation of federal law. @GA_DOI

Reminder that many of the files have not been released, and that those that have remain heavily redacted.

Yet somehow, this has vanished from the news cycle.

"I was out in the woods when I saw this incredible sight: a doe giving birth in the snow. My heart sank when I saw a wolf approaching. I was so scared for the mother and her brand new baby. The tension was unbelievable. The wolf got closer, and you could see the fear in the doe's eyes. But then the most unexpected thing happened. The wolf lay down and started cleaning the newborn fawn, protecting it. I was in total shock. It was one of the most beautiful and surprising moments I've ever witnessed. Nature is truly amazing."
