ElevenLabs Dubbing Studio starts at $6/month (Starter), billed in credits per minute. DubWorld by @alihaydar_58_ dubs video on your own PC. Our 7-second English to Turkish dub decoded clean. Apache-2.0. Catch: install needed a workaround, 14 GB+ of disk, quality not judged.

Claude Duet needs a Pro or Max plan (Pro: $20/month billed monthly) and a US waitlist spot. Covo by hmody1m pitches itself as the open source, self-hosted alternative. 25 tests and demo mode worked for us. MIT. Catch: real work needs your own model API key or a local model.
