Bournemouth must be favourites to win Europa League and if they go onto win it then that’s Champions League football for them. Mad to think that could happen.
Surrey what a surprise. Knew it would be them or Notts who would be favourites to sign the 🐐 Jimmy Anderson.
Surrey in for Jimmy Anderson @MattHughesMedia theguardian.com/sport/2026/n…
Would love it to be Somerset but seems unlikely. Notts or Surrey probably would be my best guess.
Exclusive: Jimmy Anderson is now expected to play county cricket next summer (not for Lancashire, obvs!) after changing his mind about retiring. Twelve counties have shown an interest, and it seems he has chosen which one to go for

Let me guess in the words of Jamie O’Hara for Spurs that Man Utd are back. 😭 About time these players pulled their fingers out and I say this as neutral. Helped out massively by some shoddy Roma defending mind.
Harmer knows. Leach is still the best English spinner. Tour of South Africa not Australia btw @SkyCricket.

Arsenal mentality monsters and good at what they do but Brighton so far this season the most enjoyable to watch.
Arsenal may not be the best team to watch but they know how to defend and manage games. Liverpool have yet to have shot on target for all the ball and they have had.
Bad day at the office. Never really got going. Bumps in the road happen it’s how you respond now. Let’s not overreact to the poorest performance of season. See those who are going at Chesterfield. YTID! #YTFC
En route to Halifax away for 12:30 kick off. 😴 Thank you to the idiots from @DAZN_NationalLg for the shit scheduling. COYG! #YTFC
Proper test match this in Cape Town to decide series. Fascinating final day in prospect. Could Harmer spin the South African’s to victory?
Not just me that’s had Billy Ocean Love Really Hurts Without You the @Jamesdaly version stuck in their head today it seems. #YTFC
A third of the way through the season.
4th in league
Scoring in every game
50 goals scored across all competitions
What a time to be supporting #YTFC. Just enjoy the ride and the Rowleycoaster win, lose or draw. 💚
Bounce back ability. 👊💚
A very good win on the road at a tough place to go given their home record. Only 2 goals conceded in own backyard prior to tonight. Just doubled that tonight. Subs were excellent with all making an impact. Two superb goals from Westbrooke and Daly. #YTFC
Very stop start half yet had the better chances. Brett’s effort from edge of box was unreal. Really want Walker to do well but doesn’t seem to be happening for him. Good options on the bench to change the game in second half. #YTFC
Very good ticket pricing.
Well done to both clubs. Now let’s get as many to Chesterfield as possible. Should take at least 500 there. #YTFC
We can confirm ticket details for our Emirates FA Cup First Round tie away to Chesterfield on Saturday 7th November. 🎟️
Tickets will be available to purchase through Chesterfield’s ticketing system, with general sale opening at 10am on Monday.
