The answer might be to design solutions that combine building capability, increasing motivation and giving opportunity #EngageSummit
Seems to indicate that a narrow field of vision (eg looking at a screen) leads to narrower cognitive/creative abilities. Sounds like cameras off and walking meetings might be good for idea generation - makes sense, I get loads more ideas away from my desk.
