I’ve been lifting for almost three years, and now I’m wondering if I should keep building muscle or start cutting body fat. I asked my bot how long it would take to get to 15%, and it said 6 to 9 months!

At this point, I run A/B tests on YouTube now just to prove that titles and thumbnails are not as important as people (including myself) have made them out to be.
My results prove that, for the most part, people are going to watch or not watch all the same.

I spent the day with Chuck, the friend I used to talk to every single day back in the livestream days when he was my main mod and admin. Now a week or two can go by, and I miss his vibe and his energy. We caught up, got the tour of the house, grabbed lunch, and finished the visit on his back porch with our laptops while he showed me how he works. I was stoked to be paired up with the president of the Phoenix Bonsai Society at my beginner bonsai class. We worked on a cork oak, trimming, chopping, and eventually wiring. My biggest fear was how far a branch could bend, and he talked me through it. youtu.be/Ik3KbAyCEQA
Went to a Bonsai beginner class today put on by @BonsaiPhoenix and actually had the club president as my teacher.
Got a cork oak as my material and even though it may not look like much now, I’m pretty happy with how turned out.
Now we let it grow, and repot in February. 🪴

I pulled the trigger on the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 this morning, and tonight I jumped into DMZ with friends for the first time. So far DMZ is pretty dope, multiplayer is hella fun, and it looks like Call of Duty is going in the rotation. youtu.be/aOq_HFEUTnQ
I couldn't see a thing on the freeway. It rained so hard my wipers couldn't keep up, then the hail started, and I was crawling along at about 5 mph hoping it wouldn't dent my hood. Bryce even sent a video of golf ball size hail in Flagstaff earlier.
