Playing Ocarina helps confirm what Ive been thinking: maps are way too big in games these days. They dont need to be that big. Noone needs that. Near 30 years later and people still hunger for the elegance of simplicity

BotW and TotK are masterful games and just what Zelda needed at the time. But I absolutely believe that the future should be (and will be) going back to the classic 3D linear Zelda format that everyone is experiencing again right now with Ocarina of Time Remake. It’s just better.

There’s probably not a single Zelda title that anyone can flat out say is bad but not only is the OOT remake probably the best remake ever but this is probably one of the greatest games of all time. This is a MASTERPIECE.

Played the OOT remake with my 11 year old daughter last night. I told her it was a remake of a game that came out in 1998. She asked how I was when I played it, I said 13. "Wow, that's pretty close to when I'm playing it!" she said. I felt old, proud, and nostalgic all at once.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Early Impressions: - The best visuals I think I've ever seen in a Nintendo 1st Party game. - The music is excellent. - Stumbling upon new dialogue and scenes is very enjoyable. A surreal and magical experience so far!

Reconozco que se me humedecieron los ojos. Hoy volví al 98, a casa de mis padres, a la TV del salón y mi madre planchando, al lado, preguntando si ya estaba con "el juego del niño vestido de verde". 🥹 "Nintendo vende nostalgia". Bendita nostalgia ❤️
