Ten years ago today it was Jersey day at school for @CoachAngersMCGL and I. #onepride was on our minds!
You would have thought we coordinated this with our classrooms being across the hall from each other, but nope- just serendipitous! Go #lions

If they give you 1 rep make them give you 2. If you don’t grade well on your reps you won’t get more. Football 101
The Lions' offense should look basically the same Sunday.
The defense? Not so much.
I’m projecting 3 pretty notable changes against Arizona — including one Lions fans have been waiting for.

Not sure how Trevor is responsible for the coverage on this play he is on the other side
Pre-snap motion is absolutely killing the Lions defense. It stresses their alignment and communication almost every single time.
First drive of the game, the Panthers are aligned 3x1 but use motion to get 2x2.
This forces the boundary CB to widen and back off. The interior backers don't shift but the SAM (Nowaske) does change his alignment so now they're too tight at the 2nd level. The safeties keep their depth at 9 yards and it gives a giant throwing window for Young to find McMillan. #OnePride

Great article!! Good football fans will read it and understand. The others will tell the Lions to give 2 1st round picks for somebody.
Go Lions!!!!
A Lions mailbag question sent me down a rabbit hole late last night.
Why won't Holmes just take a swing and trade a 1st or 2nd for a star?
I went through 10 years of those trades.
A few days ago, I said give up a 1st for JPJ
After seeing this, I take it back.

From all of us @NTSOLpodcast including @JamesCook14 & @CoachAngersMCGL we’d like to wish @RealBillySims a very happy birthday!
I may be a little bias, but September birthdays are the best!!

The #Lions run game slowed in the 2nd half, defense faltered throughout, penalties didn’t help either.
That said, it’s mid-September. Still time to improve.
